Our Portals module acts as a hub from which you can manage all hands-on actions as well as easily share from a single source. Scaleflex’s Portals module serves as a single pit-stop for all users, enabling them to share approved brand assets simultaneously with both internal and external stakeholders, such as marketplaces, co-workers, partners, retailers, etc. Portals offers a customizable user interface. Marketing teams can create their own brand portal using predefined templates that can be injected with their branding and logo. Through it, they can present images, videos, text documents, guidelines and more. Costa Coffee was one of our first clients to start creating portals, and it has revolutionized the way they share branding updates and guidelines with their different franchises.
