  1. Orquest uses machine learning to analyze key data, such as customer footfall or transactions, to accurately predict future demand. 
  2. It then calculates the number of staff required to meet demand, taking into account available hours, productivity targets, and other factors. 
  3. Finally, Orquest's engine generates schedules and assigns shifts and tasks to each employee, taking into account their availability, preferences, and the specific needs of each area within the store or restaurant.
